Natalie Bice is in her first year as Principal of Collins Elementary after previously serving as Assistant Principal at Central Middle School. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University, a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from DePaul University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University. Prior to becoming an administrator, Natalie served as an instructional coach within the district and taught for ten years in both Forest Hills Public Schools and Chicago Public Schools.
Natalie is passionate about creating a joyful, student-centered learning environment where every child can thrive and meet their potential. She values strong partnerships with students, families, and staff and is committed to fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and academic success for all learners. Natalie lives in Forest Hills with her husband and their two elementary-aged sons.
