With a decade of experience in athletic administration within the Forest Hills district (Forest Hills Eastern 2016-2024 & Forest Hills Northern 2024-Current), Ben has dedicated his career to advancing the mission of educational athletics. Before moving into administration, he coached football, basketball, and track & field at Forest Hills Eastern, Charlotte, and the University of Olivet.
A proud alumnus of the University of Olivet, Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in sports and recreation management with a concentration in coaching and a minor in business, while also competing as a member of the football program. He later earned his master’s degree in athletic administration from Ohio University, further strengthening his commitment to leading programs that balance excellence in academics and athletics.
Throughout his career, Ben has been driven by a deep passion for helping student-athletes grow, believing that athletics teaches life lessons that extend beyond the field or court and prepares students to become tomorrow’s leaders. His focus on character development, teamwork, and leadership continues to shape the culture of athletic programs across the Forest Hills Northern community.
