JACOB STROTHEIDE

Jacob Strotheide currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Forest Hills Central High School, bringing over 12 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and educational leadership. A proud graduate of Grand Valley State University, Jake is dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging school environment where students and staff can thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Throughout his professional career, Jake has coached a variety of sports including basketball, football, softball, track, and volleyball and continues to value the lessons of teamwork, perseverance, and leadership that athletics bring to education.

Beyond the school day, Jake can often be found cheering on Central students and teams and productions alongside his family. He is supported by his wife, Mallory, and their four children Maylee, Kasen, Kallan, and Macklyn; as well as their two dogs, Maizey and BINGO, the school’s beloved support dog.

Jacob’s commitment to education, athletics, and community shines through in his leadership, collaboration, and passion for helping every student reach their full potential.
