WHERE WELLNESS MEETS CONNECTION

The Forest Hills Public Schools Community and Aquatic Center serves as a dynamic, 32,000-square-foot facility serving swimmers, athletes, students, and neighbors since 1990. Designed to flow with the natural landscape, the center features an 8-lane, 25-yard competitive pool with a diving “L,” spectator seating for 300, locker rooms, and a spacious community meeting room. With advanced filtration systems, energy-efficient climate control, and dual-level access, this facility is a hub for recreation, wellness, and community connection, all under one roof.

AQUATIC PROGRAMS

At the Forest Hills Aquatic Center, community members of all ages dive into fun and discover a love for the water that lasts a lifetime! Our vibrant swim programs make a splash with everything from Red Cross Learn-to-Swim lessons for kids to private coaching, lifeguard training, and fitness-focused classes. Whether you’re just starting out, training hard, or simply enjoying a refreshing workout, there’s something here for everyone. With open swim, lap lanes, water walking, and parent/child sessions offered daily, it’s easy to make the pool part of your routine!

PRESCHOOL AQUATIC CLASSES

From six months to six years old, infants, toddlers and preschoolers can learn to be comfortable in the water while learning basic aquatic skills. Our youngest students enjoy the water securely with their parents right along side of them.

AMERICAN RED CROSS LEARN-TO-SWIM PROGRAM

The American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program teaches students age five to seventeen the swimming skills needed to enjoy the water safely. From Introduction to Water Skills to Swimming and Skill Proficiency, young swimmers learn aquatic basics such as breathing, floating, and treading water; water entry dives; all major swimming strokes and turns; and water safety and rescue skills.
