Natalie Bice is the Assistant Principal at Central Middle School, currently in her second year in the role. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University, a Master’s in Elementary Education from DePaul University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University. Before becoming an administrator, Natalie served as an instructional coach within the district. She also brings extensive classroom experience from both Forest Hills and Chicago Public Schools, where she taught for ten years. Natalie is passionate about supporting teachers and fostering positive, student-centered learning environments. Her background in coaching strengthens her commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement. She values building strong relationships with students, families, and staff. Natalie is dedicated to helping every student thrive academically and socially. She lives in Forest Hills with her husband and their two elementary-aged boys.
