At Pine Ridge Elementary, we foster a strong partnership between our community and school to provide a learning environment that builds excitement, encourages students to take risks, and actively engages them in their learning. Pine Ridge is a four-section school serving kindergarten through 4th grade, and we offer junior kindergarten.
Each week, students enjoy specials including Spanish, art, gym, media center, and music. At Pine Ridge, we strive to help each student excel as a whole child, supporting both academic growth and social-emotional development. We meet students where they are and celebrate their progress along the way.
During the school day, we also provide 30 minutes of WIN Time! This is an individualized academic session where students receive “What They Need.” During this time, students work on academic and social skills tailored to their level, whether to remediate, advance, or grow in areas of need.
Our school community also enjoys many events, including our school-wide Lip Sync, family nights, literacy nights, Milk & Bookies, and other activities that strengthen connections and foster a sense of belonging.
